PURSUIT ACADEMY OF WORSHIP AND ARTS VISION:Pursuit Academy exists to deeply and eternally impact the lives of students through the Word and Presence of God. 

MISSION: To partner with parents who desire for their children to receive an education with a Biblical Worldview. We will teach core subjects with the Word of God as our foundation and instruct students to seek the Presence of God in their daily lives through prayer and worship. We desire to raise up young people who are academically and spiritually equipped to go and “make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19), who will be life-long learners and pursuers of the heart and presence of Jesus Christ.

CLASSIFICATION: This school is classified by the Tennessee Department of Education as a “Category IV Church-Related School” and is exempt from accreditation requirements per TCA 49-50-801. As such, students transferring to public or accredited private schools may be subject to testing for grade level placement [or to determine what credits will be accepted in the case of high school students]. Students graduating from Category IV schools, although often accepted at colleges and universities may also be subject to additional testing requirements in order to be accepted.
